Chad Rankin and his team were absolutely incredible. My family and I are first time homeowners and Chad and his team were there to help us every step of the way. Regardless of any difficulties that came up, they were able to resolve within a reasonable amount of time. They were great in communicating with my family and I which we were very grateful for. We just moved into our first home! The buying process and mortgage process was relatively easy, looking back. The staff were all friendly and super helpful. We had a lot of questions, and Chad was always responsive and able to talk. He got us an awesome rate that we couldn’t get with the first mortgage company we tried.
