I've worked with Bill Ezell and his team when he was at Nova and then when he moved his business to Guild. In fact, he recently closed my brother's loan on a new home. When you work in the title & escrow business you realize that it's not necessarily the loan company that makes a difference, it's the performance of the particular team handling the transaction.
