Amy is my absolute GO TO for home mortgages. Not only is she super competitive on fees, her customer service is like no other in the industry! She communicates and problem solves immediately when issues arise. Her and her team are hands down the best around.

Zero communication between Amy and us during our buying process. We had no idea what was going on and she did a terrible job explaining the process to us. Her assistant was the best part of our process with Amy. Amy made our first time home buying process extremely difficult. I appreciate the loan and the rate they got us. But I would not recommend their team. Guild as a whole was great, but this branch is not.

Amy just helped me refinance my home and take advantage of some cashout to do some improvements we've wanted to make to our home. She helped me when I bought my home 2 years ago, and she was awesome then, so I went back to her for my refi. She made the process so quick and easy! She's super knowledgeable, and always really fast to respond! Plus, if anyone can make the process of a mortgage or refinance fun & painless, its Amy! :)

Amy did a great job! She answered our questions and was able to provide a great experience for our family to get a new house with great rates.

I called Amy and was told by her staff that it was pretty much hopeless for me to get a mortgage with my student loan debt. I started working on my credit, got a better job, and came into some money for a down payment. I then called Amy a few different times to see if she could help me. She left a message once and then never answered my calls. I nearly gave up but found a different agency. I will be closing on a beautiful new home this month. I will make it a point to not recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage.

I had been working with another loan officer from a different company before i was referred to Amy and her team. With the previous loan officer, i was running into constant issues with them. At some point I became very frustrated and thought for sure that I was never going to be able to buy a house for me and my family. I was at a point where I wanted to give up, but my real estate agent Stacey referred me to Amy and her team. And to my surprise they made the process so easy. I couldn't believe it because of my previous experience with the other loan officer. Amy and her team, especially Jessica were always available to answer my questions and being a first time home buyer I had a lot of them. They were able to get a pre-approval for me so that gave me an idea of the price range I needed to be looking at, once i found the home that i loved they started the paperwork immediately. They were amazing and it gave me a peace if mind knowing that their team were the ones handling the loan part of it. I would definitely refer Amy and her team to anyone for their mortgage needs. I didn't get to speak with Amy as much as I would've liked to. The "assistant" assigned to my loan was very condescending and acted put out each time I tried speaking with her. She made multiple mistakes and tried blaming me for them. At closing Amy said she had a "gift" for us and would send it out fedex, it never arrived. Two weeks later I called and mentioned the gift to the assistant and she said she would tell Amy and I never heard anything back nor did I ever see the gift. I would have rather that she never said anything about a gift I would never receive. However I am grateful and pleased with my loan and rate I got with my mortgage just not thrilled with the communication nd customer service.

Being a realtor, I've used several mortgage companies, and Amy and her team are the BEST! Always available 24/7 and my clients always love her! She's Truly Fantastic!!!!!
