I had the pleasure of being serviced by Afla on May 20th of 2022. She was simply so helpful while working severely short staffed and had a very rude lady, whom I witnessed giving her a hard time. She still provided service to her with a smile. She shook it off and help me continuing to smile and stay professional and courteous to my needs. People like her often go unnoticed and overlooked by large establishments such as this one. I just want to thank her again and God bless her. This establishment is truly blessed to have such a wonderful person like her providing service with a smile and true dedication to it's customers. She should be training future employees for this company. I have been doing business with this company for over 30 years and she's by far the best from my overall experience with the company. If you have to visit this branch ask for Afla and look forward to the smile and someone dedicated to actually being happy to provide you with service. Thanks Afla.

Worst place to have an account: 1. Never answear the phone. 2. Never answear your e mails. 3. Even if you write your information, they put another in the system so you are not able to answear security questions or recover password. 4. You can not solve anything on the phone because their customer service does not work, they do not have any or not sure why they never answear. 5. They give you an extension and an e mail and NEVER answear, or call you back, or send an e mail.

I would definitely recommend this to anybody trying to find a good bank and especially a car loan. Jose abreau was so good like the best loaner I could have ever imagined. In the mist of the 100 people who comes in he doesn’t treat you as just another customer, he doesn’t rush you or anything and take his time to answer every and all questions you may have even if you call him he’ll answer and try to help you out. Thank you so much guardian and especially to Jose. I’ve been to the other guardian union but Jose to me makes the boynton one much better lol, He should get raise cause he is the only one there, I don’t even know how he has time to eat. But anyways thanks again Jose Update 02/07/22 My last review was because Jose asked me to write it which he wasn’t bad to work with. HOWEVER, The only issue is that he did my loan on my dad’s account and I had to call each time to pay it. The issue with that is that NOBODY answers the phone. I have never spent less than 2 hours getting a hold of someone. That has been an issue so many times (including once I was out of town and couldn’t get access to my money since they don’t have many banks around) but I have been patient with them hoping that they improve since before the people in the office would have to answer the phone. Now with their call center there hasn’t been any changes, I feel like it’s worst since NO ONE in the call center can help you and they transfer your call. However it puts you in a circle since the person they’re transferring you to don’t pick up and eventually the person you’re speaking to gets tired and disconnects the call. Now I’m definitely going to look for a different financial institution.

If I could give less stars I would. I opened the account and the account opener did not tell me all the details of the member ship. I eneded up getting two over draft fees for going over a dollar and they closed my account and I ended up paying them and with no account. Highly suggest a different credit bureau if your not trying to waste your money on a bank.

I got a new car loan recently , absolutely a Great Experience. Jodi M definitely wen out of her way to make sure the process was done. Had several issues with the dealer ship and Jodi even went as far as a 3-way phone call to make sure the dealer did their part. If I could get 10 more car loans I definitely would. Love this Bank !!

Do not ever do your banking here they rip customers off they are extremely rude and they act entitled and stuck up about everything.

I recently got a new car loan with Alfa credit union representative . I’m so grateful for Alfa outstanding service!!! She’s informative and explained the process to me. As well, answered all the questions I had. She has great customer service, friendly, and professional. The process was quick and smooth. Alfa went above and beyond to help me. Now I have great interest rate and a new car which I’m financing with credit union. I would recommend her to anyone she’s amazing and will get the job done. Thank you Alfa!!!

I came inside looking for options for a car loan. It was this past Friday at 5pm. The staff at this credit Union treats their clients professionally and understand the financial needs of each of them and are able to match it with the perfect product. I was helped by Angela the branch manager and she was quick to provide me with different term options for the loan I need it. The process was finalized by Alfa who also was very professional and service was punctual to the timelines they promised. Will recommend this branch to family and friends for their future loan needs!

Karen Vasquez has been so helpful every time I have needed her, she is quick, efficient, friendly and a pleasure to work with. We opened an account and refinanced three vehicles with Guardians. Setting up the loans with Karen went very nicely. After our loans were completed we attempted to reach Karen by phone and e-mail multiple times with concerns and questions and never received any response. We were told certain tasks would be completed, and they were not. We have given up on resolving our concerns. We have chosen only to fund our account with enough money to cover our loans and continue to do our primary banking with Wells Fargo & BBVA.

I haven't been able to log into my account since last night. The system has literally been down ALL DAY! This happens more then it should and is really annoying and frustrating to members.
