If I could give this bank a negative zero, I would. I couldn’t get through anybody. I had just a simple question. NOBODY PICKED UP!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am closing my accounts with this horrible bank. Hey, CEOS if you are reading this review. DO BETTER!!!

I have banked with gaurdians for at least 3 years and I will definitely say that this bank definalty helps their members. Jackeline arevalo has helped me with so much such as building my credit and helping with personal loans . Oh great i'm the first to review this location. I recently become a member of PBC credit union i went to this location joint the credit union, and i was please with the Level of expertise exhibited by the Rep there her name is Fareeda she was excellent in explaining and answering questions that i ask, i recommend pbc credit union.
