Mark and his team don't take responsibility when mistakes are made. The bank requested a service which they agreed to perform on our behalf, they did not perform the service which cost us a considerable amount of money and inconvenience and later denied any knowledge. We brought written documentation of their error and again were turned away and no responsibility was ever taken in fact they made excuses .

Literally the worst closing I have ever experienced in my life. Mistakes on the closing documents, closed over 9 days late as the Title Company couldn't get its act together. Had to sign paperwork 2 different times as there were omission or errors on the closing documents. Not recommended.
