Best Mortgage team around! Alex Milani was able to finalize his portion of our Mortgage paperwork before our 14 day inspections window was over. We were able to close in 3 weeks, in the middle of a pandemic just in time for Thanksgiving. Other companies were taking over 60 days! Guardian services everything in-house, offered the lowest price and was honest about what we truly did and didn’t need in the home buying process.
