Account canceled after visiting this branch, workers at this branch let you know how inconvenienced customers are to them. Sorry the guy is so fat and lazy to grab change from the back. After huffing and puffing about having to get up out of his seat hes states this is only one time thing and he will grab me extra change for laundry and told me to go somewhere else for change next time. Go to Huntington bank right around the corner they treat you with respect and very friendly staff at Huntington bank.

Do not try to refinance at this location. They do not know what they’re doing, can’t answer questions, left me a voicemail with attitude (because I Contacted another location because they were ignoring me) and they will constantly change what they put on paper (not in the best interest of the customer). Do Not waste your time! The lack of professionalism is appalling. I understand “sales” but at what point should all the lies being told be illegal? (After all, you’re taking a hit on your credit when it’s pulled). I don’t understand. P.S. I would give 0 stars if It would let me.

I received a pre-approval to purchase a certain 6 unit property, got the property under contract to purchase and before ordering the appraisal GSB backed out. The excuse i got "our president drove past it as he does on all commercial and said, it is not something we would want to finance" They drove past the exterior, saw the neighborhood and home and decided against it. Shame on your company for pulling mine and my wife's credit and wasting my own time and money just because your president didn't like the exterior. How would they know what type of work needs to be done without gaining interior access into the home with the appraisal? That is what the appraisal is suppose to do for you and to protect you, not your president driving around in his car making decisions based on the demographic of a community.

Most unprofessional bank I've ever encountered. If I could give this branch 0 stars I would. This is undoubtedly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The fees are low but you get what you pay for. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK.

I worked with a loan officer here and he was able to get my mortgage loan closed quickly. Highly recommend.

Have had many accounts and events with guardian Savings since 2016 They were a little long on my last refi, but Chad beach really came through to ensure we got back on track. Will always recommend this bank for loans and other banking needs.

Worst service. Horrid emails, communication and overall worst banking experience in.... well.....ever. Tried to voice concern privately to the bank and got NOTHING but an unapologetic form email telling me the rules of lending which I already know and advising me that my email will be forwarded. I'm sure the email was "filed" with all of the other emails and voices of concern from potential clients and current customers. If you have funds to invest and want to keep it local, look elsewhere!! I should have headed the reviews of the many instead of the recommendation of the 1. With so many banking options available, I would look anywhere but here.

The most unhelpful, incompetent bunch I've ever had the misfortune of working with. Twice in the process of buying and selling our house, their errors (which they admitted to our realitor) caused us to push back our closing dates. This costed us a lot of money. Not to mention, our quoted interest rate changed twice in the final 4 days leading up to our closing. They seemed utterly apathetic to the harm their errors made. Our agent, was impossible to get a hold of during this process and would only reply by email every so often. His superior was totally disinterested in any of these issues and seemed to be used to having to cover for the actions of his haphazard employees. My realitor and I were given the number to the bank president, who was "on vacation" every time we tried to call. This "vacation" has gone on for 3 weeks now. We are in our new house now and moving on with our lives, but I will never forget this disastrous experience.

Seven figure business with a 1.93 DSCR bean counter at the desk go's let me see if you qualify. At that is the banking system in 2021.
