Guardian Savings Bank Springdale Rd, Cincinnati

Every time I have to speak to someone here they are incredibly rude. I have been with this bank since I was a teenager and I am in the processing of switching to a new bank. Today was the last straw, as I made a phone call asking a question about my account and I was literally yelled at and talked over on the phone because I didn’t tell her my name fast enough.

Terrible customer service. Jenny and the rest of the representatives are incredibly rude. Don’t bank here.
