    On vacation right now and you a-holes deactivated both my cards for fraud and now I'm stuck in Atlanta with no money. I'll be closing my account with you as soon as you open on Monday.

    Unethical practices. Their online banking is a joke. I'm always checking my account to make sure I have money but out of the blue I'm always overdrawn and being charged a fee for them covering charges. some transactions post immediately and some transactions take days to post and its done on purpose to confuse and keep you paying overdraft fees. For instance. if you make multiple small purchases then a big purchase, the big purchase will post first so you will continue to spend money you THINK is in the account only for it to post days later and have you overdrawn by hundreds. I have green dot prepaid card that only shows actual funds I have but a full fledged credit union cant do this? on top of that there is no conveniences at this bank. You have to fill out a slip to deposit funds, long lines, nonchalant bank tellers... the mobile app is missing a bunch of features you can only get by going on to a computer what's the point? what is this CU good for? I am currently searching for better options will be closing this account asap

    Today I had the pleasure of conducting business with Ms Candace Bartee at the Eastdale branch location, (for myself and my husband). Ms Bartee was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient....but her greatest asset was the amazing customer service she provided. In addition to expertly taking care of my business request, she provided a comfortable environment and enjoyable conversation.     Absolutely terrible. I waited in line in the Drive thru for 40 minutes and there were only 5 cars in front of me. This is unacceptable customer service. The symitar system GCU runs off of is a very simple and quick software to use as I use it where I work. This particular day was no different than any other while waiting in line. I have consistently had bad service here and no sense of urgency by any associate at this location ever. Do better.

    Omg where do I first start? From the time I opened the door everyone was so friendly and then I met Candace who would be assisting me with the refinancing of my car loan. CANDACE is the GOAT!!!!!!!! She was so knowledgeable and through. I will never go anywhere else besides GCU unless Candace leaves one day I’m forever stuck with her she’s the best. She was able to get my current rate cut in 1/2 lowering my car payments! Candace Bartee….a hellava woman I tell ya

    They need zero stars. My husband is a disabled veteran from the Navy and Army. We have been with Guardian for over 15 years. They use to be like family to us and they really seemed like Guardian angels from Heaven. But Jesus bless these people in charge now. They so heartless and cold. But thank you Father in Heaven that you are in charged and always have us covered. But if you want to deal with a bank who is all about the bottom line and cares nothing about there members then Guardian is the bank for you. As for me in these last days I think I will be safer putting my money in a hole in my parents back yard. But we praying for all the people who have to work and deal with these heartless corporations/companies.

    This branch is so undeserving of one star - should have the option to gauge an actual% satisfaction rating which in my case would be a negative number! Very rude tellers who follow inconsistent policies and procedures. my situation was escalated to the manger level which was unresolved since she didn’t take the time to research my account and find the information needed to make a simple Deposit. I had to jump through hoops and returned multiple times to get resolved which Results was exactly what I told them on the first visit that they wouldn’t research and since COVID I couldn’t go in. They don’t follow through with appointments or call to confirm appointment and if you leave message for loan officer to return call it doesn’t happen. Using the only # available goes through the call center so should you have a question or need help don’t waste your time because they don’t return phone calls or follow through with appointments.

    I love Guardian!!! They always are happy and friendly. I love the fact the bankers speak to you using your name and will go out of their way to help you. They also help you with getting the type of accounr that best fits your financial needs. I couldn't ask for more with a bank. They make me know and feel that my finances are safe and secure here.
