Highly highly recommend the Guaranteed Rate office in Frankfort. Everyone I worked with (Shellie, Rob, and Beth) were great to deal with, thorough, and extremely helpful. The process of buying the house had some weird detours and obstacles and postponements but they made it all bearable. A really nice office full of people to work with.

Still have yet to receive an answer or Preapproval letter. even though my credit was checked they had what was needed. the other two companies I was looking at where more helpful had better communication and actually it’s like they wanted my business.
