If you are looking to buy a home then most definitely use GMC. Very professional, helpful, patient and most of all down to earth. Made what could have been a nerve racking experience very pleasant. I previously used Guarantee Mortgage Mont Belvieu when we purchased our home in May 2021. My experience was SO outstanding that when I sold my home, I referred the buyer to Guarantee as well. They have a Recast Loan program that makes purchasing your new home first then selling your old home POSSIBLE. For both myself and our buyer, we would NEVER have been able to make our dream home purchases possible without Dean Kennemer and his group! They made the entire process actually pleasurable. They also helped my brother purchase his dream home. He was originally using another mortgage company and after HASSLES and requests for informtion that was not relevant, he changed over to Dean and his group. HE TOO WAS so glad! It's been 15 years since we had to go through the mortgage process. I can't begin to tell you how I was dreading it! But to my surprise, it went extremely smooth and they didn't require NEAR the information we had to provide 15 years ago. The process is so much better. Dean and his staff were amazing.
