I have had the experience of a few different mortgage transactions with Jacob Smith, a Loan Officer at GB. Jacob is very knowledgeable and was accessible throughout the whole loan process. He was available to answer questions as they arose and was diligent in preparing all the documentation needed as part of the loan application thru the final approval. Excellent service. Loan process during refinance was straight forward. They were helpful in assisting as needed and very responsive. I felt as if my best interest were always in the forefront. I would highly recommend Guadalupe Bank.

My review was refused. After a disagreement about a debit card I asked for my monies from both of my accounts....both were over 2 years old. The branch manager refused to give me a Cashiers check for my money. I was told the next day my monies, close to $40k to MAILED to me by STANDARD US MAIL. They never asked me to come pick up my cashier's check & now we have no idea where our monies are. FDIC complaint filed. THIS WAS CLEARLY RETALIATION! What a horrible bank!
