GTE Financial Credit Union W Kennedy Blvd, Tampa

Trying to speak to anyone at this branch or any branch is totally impossible. I don’t appreciate spending 15 minutes putting in all my information to verify who I am and then once I speak to someone I have to give my life information and then receive a code, go through a link to put in the code just to get one piece of information. You already eliminated the personal touch of a teller but then not being able to speak directly to someone at a branch is gone to. I called 3 branch numbers and got the same automated system. Then the 1st person I spoke to said please hold as I get you that information just to transfer me again without saying anything and have to go through the full verification again. Such poor personal service EVER!!!

I had been putting off going to the bank to replace my lost debit card because I figured it would take forever. I was in an out of this location in 10 minutes with a new card. Super speedy and great customer service!

They were very courteous. Well knowledgeable. Well dressed and groomed very professional and took very good care of me I am glad and proud to be a member of GTE.

Wonderful Team!!! Everyone was very helpful and made opening an account easy. They were fast and extremely friendly. I was in and out and onto my other errands in a jiffy.

When I got my replacement debt card it was not stated to me that you had to activate it by using it in a gte ATM machine. My card kept coming up denied and had to return to gte to find this out. Cost me time and money. You need to tell the customer... not happy

By far the worst location I've been to. It's bad enough that there are barely any locations to access but then when you come in and there's only two of the ATM tellers available and you have to stand there for 20 minutes and run late for other things because you have to deal with that situation is horrible. They really need to step up their game on moving people through there since they only have a couple locations available

This branch location provides excellent customer service. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Christian stands ready to assist you with your financial needs. This is not the closest branch to me but it is definitely worth the drive. Keep shinning 5's.

Jonathan Serrano was absolutely amazing at answering the plethora of questions I had, introducing GTE with a vast majority of knowledge from the bank, and held a professional, friendly attitude that will very much help me recommend this bank and specific employee to others. He made the process very easy going, informative and enjoyable. I’ll be back again :)

Worst credit union in Florida let citi bank take $3000 out of my account with no warning. Then denied my claim and didn’t even notify me that they were denying it. Made me fill out another claim to get my money back and 3 months later I’m still waiting for my $3,000. The representatives drop my phone calls when I call to check the status of it. No one at this credit union seems willing to help. Go to Mid Florida or Suncoast for better customer service and a more reliable credit union.
