GTE Financial Credit Union Starkey Rd, Seminole

I have been banking here for over 15 years. They have always been great! They're very helpful & go above and beyond, especially Kalinka & Stephanie. I recently had an issue and they helped me every step of the way. I love my GTE family!

I wanted to get out of the big National Banks and to a local credit union and after much consideration GTE Financial was the decision I made. Dale was excellent setting up my new checking and savings account and answered all my questions. Highly recommend banking with them.

Dale, the associate that handle everything for me was very pleasant and knowledgeable of my needs. He was very professional at all that handled during my visit. This manner of professionalism reflect great credit upon himself and the GTE FAMILY. Thank you for everything.

HUGE shout out to Aaron Ryan who helped me today in the Seminole branch! After recently getting married, I had to update my name on all of my documents and accounts (which can be time consuming); Aaron corrected and finished what was started back in January. Thank you Aaron for addressing the issues and for the excellent customer service!!

I’ve been working with Kalinka Barrow for my last two auto loans and I could not be happier! My boyfriend referred me to Kalinka Since he’s been working with her for quite a few years now as well. She always goes above and beyond to help us both, she’s very smart and always a pleasure to work with. Just this past weekend she helped me a ton by working with Carvana to coordinate trading in my old car, paying off that loan and getting a new loan for my new car ready - all in under 24 hours!! Kalinka is simply the best! ☺️

Great customer service and a super knowledgable staff!! I called in with questions about refinancing my car and Dale was so sweet and took the time to walk me through all of the different options to find the one that would best fit my needs and lifestyle. It made me feel like I was cared for and not just a number!

I have been with GTE since 1998. I always enjoyed the employees that work at the Seminole, St. Pete and the Crystal River branches. They are so helpful and very courteous with helping all members. I only had a few problems and that was when GTE switched over to the automated teller machines. Of course with technology there will always be some sort of glitch but again they were quick to fix the issue.

I entered the location at exactly 9:00 in the morning. I was the first customer of the day. I had seen three customers come and go in the same amount of time it took me to deposit two small checks. The teller inexplicably disappeared. I did not leave the building until 9:20 for what should have been a simple deposit. If this was the only time that this happened, I would have called it a fluke. But slow teller service is now the norm. The service has deteriorated over the years and deposit rates are lower than many local banks. The only reason that I am giving GTE Financial two stars is because the credit card program is still quite good and the only reason I do any banking with them at all.

Today I went into GTE to sign up for a new account and I have to say that not only did they handle us with care but they were some of the greatest people I've ever had a chance to encounter. Especially Dale. He was an absolute gentleman and went above and beyond to take care of our needs.

Dale was very helpful with my financial questions. I left feeling more prepared than when I arrived. Definitely a customer for life.

Went to GTE today with a couple of issues I needed help with. Aaron greeted me upon arrival and helped me work through my concerns. Great customer service and great experience.

Dale is an amazing member relationship officer and helped us quickly get a new debit card. Friendly and fast service. Always have a great experience with whatever we need. Member here for over 20 years and always been happy with this bank.

I called and made an appt, wasnt sure what my options were but "Josh" helped me open a checking & savings account. He was very nice! He also walked me through the basis of a credit card with GTE and later that evening he called me with news that I was approved. Thank you again! I recommend 100%

They are very nice and helpful with what I needed help with Also very quick I was there maybe least then 5 mins.
