My Wife and I started looking for our first home in 2019. We were connected to Greg Downs through our friend and Real Estate agent. To be sure we were getting the best deal on our mortgage we also spoke with our credit union and a local bank offering special loan options for people in our profession. We got an awesome rate from our credit union and prepared to move forward with the credit union when Greg emailed us to check in. At first, I though the Real Estate agent tipped him off that we weren’t going to us his service, but that was far from the case and the first of many illustrations of Greg’s amazing customer service. Greg negotiated a rate that was competitive to the rate offered by our credit union, promised faster loan processing (which I could already tell was going to be an issue with the credit union from the initial interactions), and weekly updates for our loan process to all involved parties. We decided to finance our home with Greg and Element funding, which was THE BEST DECISION WE COULD HAVE EVER MADE. The South Florida real estate market was hard on us. In the course of a year, we submitted multiple offers, executed four purchase contracts, and finally closed on our dream home on December 17, 2020! Greg was there every step of the way.
