I came in the other day with a laptop to sell them was very much needed so I would have received anything for it. Was desperate to pay a bill and there was a man in there, don't know if he was the owner or not but he was very disrespectful to me. I only wanted to do business and he sat there and watch me go through all the trouble on the laptop by making a new account on the laptop and all so I could prove to him that it was a new laptop. It was an HP Probook & as I'm finishing up and question him about a wifi pass code,he says we do not give out our private wifi. I completely understand that but what I didn't understand is that when I first came in he asked me what brand was the laptop. I clearly tells him hP then 15-20 minutes later after going through reinstalling my laptop he goes to say we only taking MacBook s. Is that a MacBook. I do not recommend... I even walked I. With a positive attitude and all.

Great place to get your computer repaired! Expert repair, awesome customer service, and extremely fair pricing. Very impressed and grateful for the "computer repair" banner I spotted while otw to ship my daughters laptop back to HP. They saved me nearly $200.

I called in and spoke with Scott, who seemed very polite and pleasant. Once I was given confirmation that my services were able to be met, I quickly rushed in before closing time....which happens to be 6 PM and not 5 PM (insider lol) Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by how neat and organized the place was. The staff was professional and very helpful. But, my kudos goes to Scott. Not only for being charming and informative, but making sure that he took care of me to the best of his ability! Greatly appreciated! I will most definitely recommend.

These people really tried to rip me off a few weeks ago. And the large older fella was extremely rude. Terrible service. Their prices on used merchandise seemed to be within 5 or 10 bucks of a NEW item as well..... I sold my ring for 5 TIMES as much at another pawnshop in town. My sister tried to warn me about this place and now I wish i had listened. Nothing at all like it used to be when the other gentleman ran it. He is sorely missed. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. It is not what it once was....

Worst place ever. They don't have good tools. The tools they do have are faulty hardly work correctly. If you try to swap out u get something worse than what you have. By the way what customer service. Lady usually acts very petty and disrespectful.

I have gone and used this pawn shop many times! I highly recommend. I have always had good offers and the employees are amazing! If you need a pawn shop please check this one out! I loved it!

Their business offers electronic repair in addition to their Pawning Services. I needed the screen replaced on my laptop. They found the correct part for me and replaced it very quickly for a reasonable price. Their business was very trustworthy and I received great customer service!

Great service. Very polite. They treat everyone like they are a good friend. I highly recommend them if you need a loan.

TBH, I think everyone hates having to go to a pawn shop... But if you have to I Highly Recommend Greenwood Pawn! Very professional, friendly, & understands how things come up. They'll work with you & are actually out to help people & Not just about the money. 5 Stars All the way!!!
