Drove through the parking lot, just looking to see if their was something I might be interested in. Unfortunately I didn't find anything. A salesman came out and offered assistance. Took me in the office and went over several options that I might be interested in. I picked out exactly what I had been wanting, and within 3 weeks the Toyota Tacoma was on the car lot exactly as ordered. Excellent customer service.

Excellent experience, very kind and helpful above and beyond. Only downside was the car showing available on their website was not actually available, had been sold the day before. Immediate deletion f sold vehicles from site would be helpful. Other than that everyone was wonderful. Matthew was amazing and at assisting us. The receptionist was very nice and engaging. All around lovely experience.

Amanda was prompt, courteous and friendly with me to make my service time enjoyable and very short. I have been a customer for many years now and hopefully many more. Amanda was terrific despite the 2 hr and 15 minute wait for a tire rotation. I felt bad for her because it wasn’t her fault that it took so long. The maintenance department was very short-handed and, bless her heart, she was trying her best to deal with irate customers. I’m not sure why Greenway Toyota takes appointments which they cannot keep but it’s tough on the person trying to make it work when everyone shows up and there are no maintenance persons around to do the work.

I’m only giving 4 stars because Jordan was awesome. Professional and polite, working hard. The process was TOO slow. Not his fault. I don’t have 2 hrs to get an oil change/tire rotation especially when I schedule an appointment. If they’re short staffed maybe they shouldn’t take so many appointments in a day. Won’t be back there for maintenance.

It takes a long time for simple maintenance services(tire rotation)… plus they and don’t offer transportation, if you have to leave your car. I formerly owned new Subaru, and the dealership loaned me car to run errands(sounds a bit spoiled) and also washed my Subaru being serviced. Nonetheless, Amanda and Jon are great and will do whatever they can for customer service in the maintenance department! Toyota did great by hiring them, but the company needs to work on a better system and not make customers wait so long for a simple service. Maybe have a shuttle but totally understand how Covid had effected hiring employees, etc.. Lastly, they do a great job with my serving. It’s better to have some one pick you up and take you back if you have that option.

As usual, I used Toyota for service today and their entire team was excellent to help me out promptly. I’ve worked with both Jordan and Amanda and they are both so helpful always. They work quickly and clearly are concerned about getting things right. Love their service area.

Even though my vehicle already gets decent gas mileage, hope the recommended air filter replacement works miracles to get through the gas price hike! Jon is great... very helpful! Greenway always makes me feel welcome. Also, thank you to the mechanic who took care of my RAV4!

My vehicle got detailed. Big mistake, I have strath marks on my vehicle. Little black spots on my vehicle. Jon, told me to bring it back. I was scared to take it back. Jon, was an awesome person to deal with. This doesn’t reflect any wrongdoing on his part. Workers, need to be more careful how they treat customers vehicles. Very disappointed!!
