We're new to credit unions and feel like we've been missing out our entire adult life. We had no idea what we were missing! The personal service and care we have received have eclipsed our previous banking experiences by a mile! Dreena, specifically, has been a huge help as we have moved from out-of-state. We were dreading switching banks, but she has helped make this aspect of our move stress-free.

Been banking here at this location for years. While all the associates are helpful, Dreena has always went above & beyond to help me.

From the first time we walked in the door, the staff has been friendly, fast and attentive. Our accounts were set up expediently. Convenient locations and beautiful buildings. No Saturday hours, but a tiny price to pay for better treatment 52 weeks a year! Tell your bank to get out of your wallet/purse! Become a shareholder at a non-profit credit union! Receive growth, not fees, double-talk, and corporate thievery.

Virtual Teller/deposit gone wrong. In store is fantastic. However, If you need a banker/teller via chat...look forward to a 24 hour response. If you submit a callback when you call in versus waiting on hold. No one calls you back. I have had a terrible experience via chat and over the phone. The seem to have the most inconvenient convinces available. I have been banking with them for 3+years and this remains the same. In person or nothing. I called them at around noon est time and it's 5:17p. No call, chat response, or vm. Been staring at my phone and working at the same time. All I wanted to was to get my issue resolved today or hear from someone. I work bank hours so the app is the next best thing, when there is actual customer service provided. I would have been cool with "hey, this needs to be managed in store." I got nothing. Very disappointed and that's extremely hard to do when you work in the service industry too. This is beyond understanding to be passed over.

I love going to this branch, where I’m always greeted with warm, friendly smiles. Yes, sometimes there’s a wait, but I don’t mind. Everyone is so helpful, patient and focused. The professionalism is to the roof, even on “Dress Down Fridays!” When I walk out of their doors, I feel confident and relaxed about my accounts knowing that they are in good hands at this bank! Kudos to you all and I appreciate all of you!

Great bank for all people of any income (they treat all the same) and super helpful bank!

I've only ever used the ATM here but driving through I never see too much traffic and they seem to handle business fairly quickly.

Do not bank at this credit union!
