If you want to pay a service fee every time for making a payment on an account YOU own, this is the bank for you. We’re in the middle of a pandemic and this bank charges their customers $10-$25 fees for anything done remotely. Literal robbery - not to mention the atrocious lack of communication as to why anything happens regarding your account and payments. This is the WORST bank I’ve ever worked with and I cannot wait to pay off my loan so I never have to deal with them again. I wish I could negative stars.

Jake, from the Coralville Branch is not only considerate to my specific needs, but is also very welcoming and friendly in general. I love GreenState because they work with you and want to build a good relationship. What a scam this bank has become. Total joke the customer service is. Do yourself a favor and find another bank. This group is unethical, and liars.

If you have a problem, go to the bank to speak with the very helpful tellers. Both the chat and call in options take much too long.
