I am a U.S. Army Infantry Combat Veteran but because I wasn't a Caucasian no one there was willing to help me. I felt super unwelcome there. I was questioned about having my VA compensation, the guy who was supposed to be helping me asked if my compensation was permanent and yes it is but I shouldn't have to explain anything to anyone honestly. I had more than enough funds to cover monthly payments with the amount of my VA compensation document which they didn't even bother to let me show it. I've learned that racial bias is alive and well even at dealerships. I was only in there for 10 minutes. I was very respectful like I always am even when I know people are treating me like garbage.

Service is absolutely rude. Was lied to about my warranty. If your going to buy a new vehicle go somewhere that has a good reputation. Their is a reason this dealer ship is the joke of town.

Greenbrier Motor Company is a great dealership. We had a great buying experience. Kenny Long, our salesman was very knowledgeable about the Dodge Ram 1500 that my husband and I purchased. He took the time to give a detailed explanation and show us how to use the truck's equipment features. Kenny is a very friendly and courteous salesman. He is one of the better salesman we have dealt with over the years. The purchase of our truck was not a very complicated process. The paperwork was explained to us in detail. I would purchase a vehicle from Greenbrier Motor Company again.

Was there most of day making our decision but our salesman Josh made it fly by.. He was very patient and knowledgeable of the diesel we were buying. Worked with us to get to where we wanted. He’s been checking in on us multiple times to make sure everything is good with our purchase & if we have any problems or questions. Not sure how our experience could have been any better! I was searching for a very specific used vehicle in a very specific color. This was the only place I found one in WV when I was looking so I made the 3 hour trip down & once I was there, I didn't regret it a bit! The salesmen are friendly & talkative in a way that doesn't make you feel like a number. It was a longer process than some but they were attentive every step of the way! I will suggest them to anyone who is looking for a car because I appreciated the way I was treated with them!

While i ended up purchasing a vehicle from another dealer thanks to the current shortages, I worked with Shawn and Dennis on a Jeep which was in transit. After deciding we wanted a different color than what was in transit they were more than accommodating in returning our deposit no questions asked. When we are in the market again we will definitely be going to greenbrier first.

Due to the chip shortage, the only place I could find the exact configuration of Pacifica Hybrid my wife wanted within 1,000 miles of me (Chicago) and without a market adjustment was at Greenbrier. Kenny took care of me! He picked me up from the airport and even put me up in a nice hotel so I could be rested for the drive home! Kenny Long was my salesman. I can not say enough about how well he treated my family and me. I live in Ohio, was headed to Virginia Beach for a family vacation. Long story short, my truck decided it was done pulling our 43ft camper and our vacation was about to end before it really started. I called looking for a truck, Kenny assured me he had the perfect one for me. He also told me on the phone that he'd do anything he could to help me get back on the road. Kenny did just that! He bought my kids drinks and offered to buy our lunch before we even struck a deal on the truck. Fastest purchase of a vehicle I have ever made. Ben Gurley really went way above & beyond for me; he picked me up from the airport after hours & then smilingly waited quite a while with me while I reported my lost suitcase & went through that rigamarole. He even offered to pick up my suitcase when it arrived & bring it to me, 40 min. away (!!). Ben also did a great job keeping me informed throughout the 3 month wait, teaching me about my beautiful Gladiator when it arrived, & then checking in with me 3 or 4 times since I took delivery. His enthusiasm & positive outlook is infectious. Thank you!

Ben was a great guy tried hard to get me in a Cummins today for my price range but unfortunately it didn't happen. All staff was helpful, friendly, and willing to help me anyway they could. Hopefully they get me a truck I want and we do business in the future.

Lied to me about the extended warranty I purchased. Was told it was for additional 10 years and additional 100k miles, turns out it was for 10 years up to 100k miles and it had 73k on it when I bought it. So I paid $2000 for a 23 k warranty, what a ripoff!!!!
