To start this morning off I got a call from my wife telling me I need to call THIS company there’s something going on with the account and they won’t talk to her. Interesting enough I call them, they tell me something was wrong with my payment. And I had to email a release for my wife to handle everything. Surprise! Why now? 6 months later after she has been taking care of the payments since I bought the vehicle. Sorry I’m a business owner and a veteran. I take care of my bills I also have never been late I checked my account there is more than enough money in it why did it get kicked back? Now I have to deal with this when I’m working. The reasoning behind her taking care of the finances she it my partner literally also CFO. I think they try to do sneaky stuff intentionally. I take it this is the reasoning behind there horrible rating. I don’t treat my customers like this but I guess that’s why my company has a five star rating. Well this is one rcompany that has the reviews that speak for itself.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!! Every time I Call Them They Always Change The Date On My Due Date And They Like To Argue. Don’t Waste Your Time With This Stupid Company. Go Somewhere Else, I DON’T RECOMMEND!!!!!

This is the worst company in the world. It's a small mom and pop house. Not a legit bank. Stay AWAY at all cost. They just store your personal info in there home.

What's amazing about this company is that they report to all 3 major credit companies. I was new to the country when I first bought my car with zero credit history and yes, their interest rates are high but it's worth it cause it built me a good credit that I'm always thankful for.

After Having 3 auto loans from them and paying them off on time, Not once did i encounter any of the issues the other reviews it just sound like some of these people have not payed their bills, i dealt with Paulina and Wendy and they have never been anything but helpful and courteous to me and not to mention they report to credit bureau and that has helped my credit score go from 589-675 after a bankruptcy!they gave me an opportunity to start over!Thanks guys!

after my divorce i had a repo on my credit and they financed me and i recently made my last payment.im at the dealer now and my score jumped up about 75 points(whoo hoo) thanks wendy!!and all team
