Greater Chicago Finance Company Roosevelt Rd, Forest Park

I’ve had my car going on 3 years. I’ve never had any problems out of greater Chicago I read the other reviews and I see people had issues. I’ve owed them 600+ at one point and they wanted to take my checks but it never actually got to that point. The person who handles my car loan is very understanding. I let her know when I’ll make my payment and she notes the account and that’s it. This was the ONLY company willing to give me a Chance because of My credit!!

Do not trust this company, they will withhold your title, I paid my loan off 3 months early,. It is now 3 months and still have not received my title. Drove to there(So Called Office) Mark was extremely rude, Dena completely ignorant. There answer was It must be lost in the mail. ..still waiting

Helped me with my first car. Offered extremely competitive rates, and the people there were a pleasure to do business with. As far as securing auto loans goes, it was a great experience.

ILLINOIS ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE ,,,,PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY.. HOW DO THE GET AWAY WITH RUNNING CREDIT REPORTS ON PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT APPLYING FOR CREDIT OR A CAR LOAN .. THIS COMPANY HAS RAN MY CREDIT 3 TIMES IN THE LAST 3 YEARS AS IT SHOWS ON MY TRANS UNIION CREDIT REPORT . EACH TIME WITHOUT MY CONSENT KNOWLEDGE AND WITHOUT MY APPROVAL.. I GOT A NOTIFICATION YESTERDAY 4/17/19 THAT A NEW INQUIRY WAS POSTED ON MY CREDIT FILE AND AFTER I LOOKED . IT WAS GREATER CHICAGO FINANCE COMPANY THAT RAN A CREDIT CHECK ON ME .. THE OTHER TWO TIMES THEY RAN MY SSN IS STILL ON MY REPORT.. THIS COMPLAINT WILL BE CROSS POSTED EVERYWHERE TILL I GET HELP AND ANSWERS ON THIS OUTRAGEOUS ILLEGAL BUSINESS..

Everyone that works here are ignorant and judgemental to the highest degree don't waste your time they belittle you every chance they can nothing but scams

One of the worst companies I have ever done business with. Zero transperancy. My new car got totalled over summer and insurance sent a payout. I sent another payout for a capital loss of over 1k thinking my account was cleared off. There was less than 100$ from interest accured they didn't disclose until 6 months later when it docked my credit score over 150 points. No mail communication and when I called, my agent wasn't even there to discuss specific account details with me. If you are looking for a company void of modern courtesy you found it.

Terrible customer service and practices, will run your credit for years without your approval then deny it and give you bs excuses to TRY to validate the inquiry. Worst company to go through financing a vehicle highly recommended to AVOID them at ALL costs!!!

Worst customer service Representative apparently under educated . Requested financial statement in regards to the loan they are unable to provide have paid this loan over two to three years never late paid over the due amount I will be contacting the better business bureau

I was only 2 payments late and they repoed my car I told em I was going to pay. It they don't care they charge too much interst anyways
