    I can not say enough positives for Great Western Banks and especially the Story City branch. My mortgage company double posted my payment which quickly escalated negatively on my checking account.     Bad bank there is a lady there who was rude she needs to be fired this bank location needs to understand customers go through hard time like me I was paying back overdraft this location is heartless do not go there
