Nancy is very kind and personable, and we highly recommend her. She even went above and beyond and got us a beautiful floral arrangement and personalized cutting board as a house warming gift once we moved in! USE NANCY!

Wow. Talk about quick to close! The customer service was outstanding and everyone told me the process would be slow. Not with Great Mortgage! Will definitely use them again for a future purchase!

I did not use this service but was negatively impacted by it. When selling our home, the buyer used this company as the lender. Five days prior to closing, my real estate agent realized that an appraisal had not been done. One was set up immediately and an 11 day contract extension was signed to get this done. When the appraiser showed up, she stated that her company had not received the request for appraisal and she came as soon as she could. Well, the appraiser apparently failed to turn in her appraisal, another had to be ordered, and in the long run 4...yes, 4...contract extensions were signed. What was supposed to be a July 20th closing ended up closing on August 18th, setting our plans back by a month. The mortgage consultant, Eric W., was extremely unprofessional and, in my opinion, aggressive, condescending, and rude via email when we requested a closing date as we needed to provide this information to close on our new home. He refused to take ANY responsibility for the almost 1 month delay in closing, instead bashing the appraiser he hired. What started as a positive experience under contract ended very negative solely due to Eric at Great Mortgage. If you’re looking for a smooth, timely, closing on your home, keep looking.

I highly, HIGHLY recommend Michael Kroske and his team. I’ve never been more impressed with a mortgage broker. I’ve worked with a couple and none were as professional, knowledgeable and hard working as Michael. After I was screwed over by the association for the subdivision I was buying in, Michael and his teammate Tom, fought tooth and nail to get me approved for a different loan. When the subdivision wasn’t FHA certified, the team worked for days to convert it to a conventional loan and pulled every trick they could to make things work. In the end, the seller killed the deal, but Michael worked tirelessly to make sure I could get the home I wanted. He will always be my go-to guy. I will recommend him to everyone looking for a mortgage broker, any chance I get. Every hurdle we faced, he kicked it over and got things back on track.

Like several others, I did not use this service but was negatively impacted by their unprofessionalism since their ineptitude delayed a sale that my sale was contingent upon. They were unable to schedule appraisals or keep closing dates, despite being given multiple extensions. Worst of all, they failed to communicate any information whatsoever. Phone calls, voicemail and texts went unreturned. Several parties involved in my sale have been working in this field for 20+ years, and none had seen such baffling incompetence.
