Carol, Jorie & Tricia do an outstanding job!!! This is my go to Title Company! Always efficient and on time! They go above and beyond to schedule and fit in closings. I have had a few last minute balancing and they are willing to help and fit clients in! Highly recommend!!!

I recently closed on a home purchase at Great American Title Company. Kelsey Wright was the Escrow Officer that guided me through the intimidating stack of documents that require signature. She answered all my questions and demonstrated an impressive familiarity with rules, regs, laws and legal idiosyncrasies, all while remaining good natured and accommodating. I've bought and sold a dozen houses and know that this was as easy and pleasant as it gets.

Great group of hard working people! Denise and Amber worked hard and past their closing hours when my husband and I closed on our home. There was a slight discrepancy but not on their behalf and luckily they got it all sorted out. Overall a great experience and every time I stopped by, Amber was quick to give me a friendly hello! Thanks ladies, you guys are awesome!!

Great American Title is not professional. They did the following - send my personal loan information to another client, send the information for someone else to me via fedex and the package was left on my front porch for days since I was out of town, and did not follow any mailing instructions correctly. This company is terrible to work with. I will post again if things change.

I have worked with this company for five years and have never had a bad experience. My buyers and sellers have always felt cared for, and the staff stays on top of the transaction.

USE ONLY IF YOU HAVE 2-3 MONTHS TO CLOSE YOUR DEAL!!!! After 7 weeks of waiting, excuses, misinformation, not checking messages, incompetence, etc., etc., I finally asked my banker to use another title company. It is setting me back another 3 weeks but probably still faster than this company could complete the process. Normal process time is 3-4 weeks. Their marketing says they are fast and efficient—they are NOT!

We use their services back in 2018 and we used them again recently to refinance. Kelsey was amazing! She is very professional and friendly. We highly recommend this company for your all your title needs.

Best dang Title Company this side of the Mississippi! Jorie, Tricia, Amber, Kelsey, and all do such a good job, and keep there cool under pressure. I have been blessed to work with them for years, and look forward to many more!

I would highly recommend that you stay away from this company. We purchased a home with 5 years of back taxes that the title company did not catch. We never once received an apology.
