When we started looking for our first home, we were referred to Joe Everrett and I am so glad we made that connection. Being first time home owners, we had a million questions and during the latest housing boom, we were totally lost. Through the whole process, Joe was cool, calm, and collected and answered all of the questions that we had. Joe has a great way of answering questions and explaining situations without talking down or dismissing any of our concerns. Through the whole process Joe was available to bounce ideas off and give us potential numbers that helped the offer process. When we finally had an offer accepted, Joe went into hyperdrive. Anytime there was a question about the various forms that needed signatures, Joe was there to explain what the form was about and what needed to be done. Even when something on our end fell through, Joe had a back up plan and the situation was cleared up within an hour.
