Do NOT work with this company. They are RUDE, OUT OF LINE & DISGUSTING PEOPLE. They have illegal practices in how they handle your account & will HARRASS you if you are late on even just one month's payment. They will contact your friends, family & anyone they can from your Facebook account, even though they have NOTHING to do with your loan, and give them your personal information just to get their payment. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY FOR A LOAN!! YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DO!

DONT BUY WHAT YOU CANT AFFORD! SIMPLE AS THAT LOL. By the way paid of a few cars already & had no problems with them whatsoever. Great Company.

Let me start off by saying this company has really bad customer service representatives. Very Rude they forget we are customer and will sit there and argue with you. In no way thats professional at all they will herrass you i would have given them a 0 start but this thing won't allow you. I worked at a finance company and we worked in a very professional matter at no point were we allowed to speak to customer how they speak to me. We helped our customers with assisting them payment arrangement this company does not offer defferments only up till now with the covid-19. Worst finance company. Please train your staff better so your company doesn't have so much bad negative reviews.

Do not get a loan with these people regardless of your solution, you will regret it forever. Terrible and rude costumer service, they claim they don't have to send you a statement and it's your responsibility to magically know how much you should pay. No real functioning online account, and predatory high interest rates. Not worth it in any regards. They are typical low-grade loan services. NOT WORTH IT and PLEASE DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM.

The low rating stars you see are just from people who fail to pay what is due, Grandview financial helped me get a car loan fast and with a on my terms. Not once have I had a problem.

I never had a problem with the customer service i think they are wonderful very nice i am on my second car with them way to go grand view keep up all the good work don’t get what you cant afford pay your bills simple as that

Very friendly staff easy to work with, help me get my car with very little hassle. Very much recommend, when you need to call in you can tell you're speaking with a person not a corporation.

So far it has been great costumer service. If you abide by the contract there is no reason to have any issues with this financial company. So far I have made all the car payments on time and I have nothing negative to say. Good customer service.
