At various point of the refinance process, she kept the steady flow of updates of the progress. When the first transaction did not workout, Kim did not drop it on us but rather went above and beyond in getting a new deal done with a different partner. Company is very transparent in conducting work. Both Kim and Lasonya are thoroughly knowledgeable of the credit scores, housing industry, refinance rates locking, Title transition, Closure process etc. Our family also extends a thank you to Kim and team. I shopped aggressively for the best rate and deal (even have buddies with their own mortgage brokerages), and Grand Lending Group was the cream of the crop. My Mortgage Loan Originator, Joseph Gigante, was patient, professional, and responsive. Smoothest refinance I have ever done! Only aspect that could use a little improvement would be the database they use to upload documents. That was a bit clunky. Nonetheless, would definitely recommend! Engaged on 10/09, funded on 11/09.

I had a great experience here. I researched several companies (in addition to big banks) when considering the re-finance options for my home. Sarah at Grand Lending Group was by far my favorite, most trusted person!! She was bright, kind, responsive, a great communicator, and not pushy at all (though she did warn me about important things happening in the market... which I appreciated.) In hindsight, I wish I would have listened to her faster than I did, because during my silly hesitations, the rates went up a bit. Anyway, Sarah was a total gem. I would recommend working with her to any woman (or man!) who wants to be in super trusted hands. A note on the company in general: they had great rates and were upfront about all the costs. Buying or re-financing a house can be an intimidated process, and sometimes rates looks great at first... but then you end paying a billion dollars in closing fees and buy-downs. This company (and Sarah) were very honest about all the charges, right from the start, so there were no surprise expenses. I ended up saving so much money!! And that was my goal, so I'm happy.
