The experience at Capital International Financial was one that I will forever remember, and one that I recommend if you want your transaction to be successful. Clients interest and one on one customer service is hard to find, but the staff is AMAZING and truly walk you through all the steps in getting you approved. My husband and I worked with Ski Aguad and he/his team were excellent throughout the home buying process! Ski went out of his way to answer questions as first time home buyers and explained everything thoroughly. He let us know our options for rates and how everything was calculated. We also loved the option to do eClosing online!! As two busy working professionals, my husband and I rarely have time during the workday to leave the office, and we were able to do our entire closing within 15 minutes (leaving time for the rest of our lunch break). Even outside of the pandemic, this was an excellent feature. Couldn’t have asked for a more smooth process for our first time from what I understand is traditionally a very lengthy one.
