Expect to have a bunch of communication issues dealing with this company. I've been working with DShawn for a few weeks now. She sent me the wrong warranty deed, TWICE. Now that everything is said and done she sent me these 3 options to recieve my profit: 1 – it can be wired to your account for a fee of $30 which is just withheld from the amount 2 – if you have a local bank (WF, US Bank) we can deposit it for you 3 – I can overnight the check to you. I chose option 3! Two more business days pass by and I call the office wondering where my check is. It still hadn't even been mailed out yet!! I let her know that I would need to be updated on when it was supposed to be delivered. I told her the carrier's do not come to my specific apartment, they drop the letters off the leasing office. My leasing office is not the most trustworthy with things like that! So what does she do? She sends it certified, and fails to inform me any of this is happening. Not only does that take a full week longer than overnight mail like we had agreed upon. Again, the carrier's go to leasing office, not the apartments, and the leasing office can't sign for packages! Where is my $ and when will I get it?! Who knows!!

Graham Title is a pleasure to work with, always prepared and professional; I couldn't ask for better service.
