    Careful walking in. Dark, dingy entrance, hand rails excessively far apart with steps you can barely see. I know of an elderly gentleman who fell on his way in, and the man in charge walked past him as he lay on the floor and did not even bother to ask if he was ok or offer a hand up. The elderly man was scraped up pretty badly and took several months to heal. The business owner didn't offer apologies or anything else. Very sad way to run a business.

    I think you have the wrong business, as we do not have any hand rails in our entryway. The large hallway leading into our office is very well lit with only 2 carpeted steps. We also have 2 alternative entry doors with no stairs located right inside the main entrance. Our employees readily assistance everyone that enters our office.
