My wife and I have owned our home for more than eight years and recently after a remodel and addition we refinanced with GoPrime Mortgage. I was initially daunted at the prospect of refinancing and working with Zachery Adam and GoPrime made this process extremely easy and simple. At every step along the way I felt supported and informed. I most likely would still have not even begun the process of refinancing if Zach hadn’t informed me of my options and provided his encouragement to complete this process. I would highly recommend anyone looking to refinance or purchase a home to seek the counsel and support of Zach. He is a community asset and I’m grateful for his service to this community. I find him to be an extremely genuine, caring and honest individual. He is a man of his word and a man of action!

I am a younger first-time home buyer and Zachery made the home mortgage process very easy and stress-free for me. I received a very competitive interest rate considering my age and younger credit history during a time of rising interest rates. Zach and Aaron were very communicative and helped me feel confident in the process. They are calm, trustworthy people you can trust to quickly answer any questions you will have. Overall, securing the mortgage and obtaining the appraisal was very easy, and I am very grateful for Zach's help throughout the process. Zack and his team were so helpful during my home buying experience. My family had an opportunity to purchase a home through a private sale. Zack went above and beyond walking me through the steps, linking me up with the lawyers, and even recommending real estate agents that could answer my questions. Three areas that I found above and beyond were the communication/reachability, messaging system, and their online portal. The team was very easy to get in touch with during all phases of the loan process. I never felt like I was trying to figure something out on my own. They also have these automated messages that keep you on track and provide what to expect during the next step. I also found that using their online system to sign and upload documents was super easy to use. I would use GoPrime Mortgage again and will continue to recommend Zack’s team to anyone in the housing market.

When a previous lender couldn't meet our overall needs (nearly a week out from closing), our realtor recommended that we attempt and pivot to a new lender local to the Asheville area -- Zachery Adam at GoPrime. Although it was stressful to think we had to switch lenders mid-contract, Zack made the entire process smooth from beginning to finish. Just closed on a place in AVL! Big thanks to Zach and the GoPrime team for making this process as pain free as possible from their end. The communication via direct calls with Zach and emails with him and the team were easy and very personable. The online portal for submitting key docs and doing E-signatures allowed me to work through this on my time more or less. The process was explained well and I think I now understand how to buy a home (after buying one)…regardless if I get it or not, it doesn’t matter cause GoPrime does. Would recommend!

He and his team made the application process incredibly easy and all online.
