I've been coming this place for many years. This is THE BEST place to get your things done and done right. She would ask you things that needed right away so you dont have to keep coming back to get things done. I would not trade this place for any other place in PA. Thank you for good work. You guys are AWESOME...

Have ready many reviews and I highly disagree, I have had pretty great service using this notary a couple of times for vehicle purchases, I've had some issues in the past but they've tried to be accomodating and helpful. I would definitely return in the future.

Transferred a trailer and boat title that I had bought. Everything went fine on that day. A month later I got the trailer title and registration in the mail. Nothing for the boat. Waited 2 weeks and then called. The lady said she would let the owner look into it. Waited another 2 weeks and called again. (Because they never called back) Lady said they looked into it and she told me the title was in the mail. Fast forward to today (3 months after the first call). The same lady answered, I explained the situation. She told me that now i have to pay for a duplicate title and registration fees because it was past 90 days. I explained that i had called in september and was told that the title was in the mail. She said "I never told you that" and I said well somebody there did. She denied it, Stating that she was the only employee and there was nothing she could do. Needless to say I am very unhappy about the whole situation and I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

The lady at the front desk was very rude. If you are open you shouldn't deny customers! She had an attitude with us as soon as we opened the door! She wouldn't take care of us because we got there like 10 minutes before their listed closing time. If you're open you're supposed to take care of the customers! Save time by avoiding this place! Horrible customer service. The other notary we went ro right after, in new Holland, was very good. We told the guy there what happened at this place and he said lots of problems with this notary in leola. Best to avoid this place!

An hour and a half adventure. An additional $45 fee because the amount due was higher that a random threshold even though my credit card was approved. When I asked about the extra fee the response was "I'm just an employee, the owner makes the rules". Save yourself time and money - go elsewhere.

I have read some of these reviews and let me tell you that I've visited this notary for many different services. Even to pay a bill through western union and the service has been great. The lady everyone is talking about is very kind and has a lot of knowledge when it comes to notary and PennDOT services.

Their hours are not accurate, the very rude women who works there informed me that she will not assist any customers, because she closes at 12:50 not 1 pm. All I needed was one signature notarized. Do yourself a favor and find a different notary because they clear do not want to be in business.

The lady that helped us transfer a title was pleasant and quick. She was the only one working at the time so we had to wait about 20 minutes for her to finish with a customer already there ahead of us, but overall a good experience. If you think that is a long time, it's still quicker than any PennDOT DMV experience I have ever had! I would not hesitate to return here in the future. Thank you!

So my boyfriend just called the front desk to ask a couple of questions before driving all the way there today, well the lady was ignorant and hung up on him clearly because she didn’t have the time to answer our questions. Why not just ask to put us on hold or call back in a couple minutes? Why would you hang up on someone? And after reading the only few reviews they have with 2 start about how terrible the front desk lady is, i believe that’s who we spoke to and she needs to be fired! Who treats people like that?

I read the other review and couldn't disagree more. I bought a car and spent a total of 13 minutes transferring my old plate to the new vehicle and transferring the title. Cost me $34 in fees. Granted the state charged me a ton more than that but the notary fees were super fair!
