Goldwater Bank, N.A. Independence St, Canton

I'd like to run a credit report on the manager (Sean)! I'd bet that would be a nice surprise! I wouldn't trust him with my mortgage. If the person handling your mortgage can't qualify for his own mortgage, it might not be the best person for the job...just saying. Funny how the other people to review this branch also reviewed other Goldwater banks...must be employees trying to make a good name for themselves, not actual customers!!!

Great company. Very knowledgeable, professional and timely with all communication. Can't ask more of your mortgage banker. I recommend anyone who is looking to buy a house or refinance their existing mortgage to contact Goldwater Bank.

DON'T USE THIS BANK OR CLAY CLINE! At first, you get the used car salesman treatment. He is a "yes" man calling you "buddy" to lure you into the fake charm.....until it's a no...then you won't get a call or text back form him. " I guarantee this loan will go through no problem" " We will get this done, don't you worry buddy". We paid for the inspection 550.00, we did the appraisal 500.000, We had to invest 30,000.00 in paying off bills to qualify for the loan, we took his advice and did it. One day later, he calls, in a different tone, that they found a clause in my existing refi that forced us to stay in the home 1 year. When I asked why he didn't return my calls or texts the day he said he would let us know about the clause...all the sudden the buddy charm was off... "I have other clients I don't sit here all day working for you". We got a hold of the Bank that did the refi, and they sent a letter to free us from that clause...but too late. The wait wasn't worth it and he brokered our loan to another place so we wern't his problem anymore. Stay away from this bank and Clay Cline.

Great bank with Great people! I would recommend family and friends to Goldwater Bank. Very easy process from start to finish in completing my Home Loan.
