We love this branch. Trisha especially won us over. She was so great to help us after having a negative experience with a different branch. We will forever be customer as long as we can work with the Farr west branch.

Awful experience with a home equity loan, I would not recommend doing business at this location. Not only was my credit ran twice but was told one price for a home appraisal but end up it being double the cost. Had to send in documents multiple times and still after 2 months still not taken care. Not very happy transferred loan to another branch which had it done within the day. Would like an explanation on why I have to have 2 hard inquiries on my credit, pay double for an appraisal and wait so long when the appraisal company told us their only 2 weeks out.

Trisha was awesome with helping me get a loan! The process was very smooth and quick. I am very pleased with her services and with Goldenwest!

I really enjoy Goldenwest banking because when I was down and out and couldn't cash a check nowhere they were able to help me out, and get out of debt and the people there are so positive and very respectful. I end up running up a line of credit almost $800 in the negative and they didn't just kick me to the curb and close my account because I couldn't make my first payment back to the bank they worked with me and I greatly appreciated it. I would recommend this BANK to anyone....

Never has been getting a car loan been so painful. They couldn't seem to get the paperwork processed or simply get the documents e-mailed to the seller for their signature. I literally had to go into the branch and sit there to get the loan officer to do her job. DO NOT use this branch. You have been warned.

This has been my preferred branch for years. I’m not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from. I had an issue one time but other than that I’ve had outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend this branch

This is by far the worst bank ever. Everything is needlessly complicated. They take way to long on everything. Every time I want to login into my account I have to call them and have my password reset because their stupid system is broken. At all costs do not go here, it's a worthless garbage, and immature place that wastes my time at least twice a week.
