I’ve banked with Goldenwest for over 25 years. Their customer service has always stood out, from how you are greeted by a teller or on the phone to how simple they make the process of transacting. We love them so much that even after moving to Oklahoma, we still do all of our banking at Goldenwest. Today I worked with Aaron Dobson over the phone and electronically. I had the unfortunate task of having to do business with this branch after swearing years ago I would never do business with Golden West again. Yep! Just like clock work, Insanely rude employees were absolutely impossible yet again! This places lack of management blows my mind!

My biggest complaint is having to wait so long for my direct deposit’s to go through... seriously. This bank is fantastic and they are so friendly and outgoing. One loan officer has gone above and beyond for us and even with us having filed bankruptcy, he still got us into a car loan. THAT’S how awesome they are. I highly doubt we’ll ever use another bank again.
