Our loan officer, Justin, was friendly and very professional… He explained the loan process to us very clearly, & he was available by phone, text, or email. He responded the same day to any inquiries or contacts we made. Although we had less than perfect credit, we received a very competitive rate, and were able to pay off some credit card debt, and still have cash available from our home for needed upgrades & renovations. Our monthly mortgage even went down by almost $200 in the process… My wife and I are Very satisfied With our experience with Golden Oak Lending!
