TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! STAY AWAY!!! new to the area and trying to open a new account. Told by the teller to wait as appropriately 10 employees helped approximately 6 customers on a Saturday morning. Sandra came out after I'd waited for 45 minutes to "apologize for the misunderstanding " and that she had an an appointment in 10 min so couldn't help me. Her office was empty the rest of the time and she waited until after I'd been there for almost an hour to not tell me. Rude, inconsiderate and the employees really just don't care. Will not be taking my business her and wouldn't recommend others do either!

This place is GREAT. I’ve been a members for 6+ years and this place never disappoints. MICHAEL AND BERNICE were extremely helpful! This is why I love this place. The customer service is excellent! I always recommend all my friends and family to this location and bank! They are always satisfied as well!

Golden 1 Credit Union I opened my first bank account here and The person in particular Donna so nice and kind ,patient and pleasant. The staff was so awesome.

This bank makes it so hard to make auto loan payments. The app is horrible and no longer lets me use the external transfer function, website no longer has the external transfer function either. Tried making a payment by phone but it keeps saying invalid account number even though I’m entering the account number directly from my statement. How do you expect people to pay you when you make it nearly impossible?! I have had my auto loan through them for 1 year and it has always been a hassle. Highly considering refinancing through a different company. It’s 2021…get with the times Golden 1.

Had a 9am appt, place doesn't open till 10am. Looked like no one was there so I left and came back at 10, only for them to tell me I was supposed to knock loudly and they would come out. Needless to say they were unable to help me unless I made another appointment. Wish I could give zero stars

Best bank ever. Very fast service and loans are easy to get long as you have everything in order.

I’ve been a member for almost 15 years. I love Golden 1, but this branch needs help. There’s never enough staff so plan to stand in line for at least 20 min. Every single time I come it’s a wait, maybe I just get the “lucky” times of day. I’ve been here anywhere between noon and 5. I work mornings or I’d try to come then. If I’m coming around noon I’m leaving work early just to do that. Once I remember having a shorter wait but I came like 15 min before they closed. But my wait was only 10 min maybe. Currently I’ve been here for 30 min….

I been waiting on a phone call for a hr never got a call back and when i did call back i was stuck on hold for several hrs why they waiting until they closed and then told me to call back in the morning when i was handling something very important. Still waiting on a call back from the dispute team very unprofessional and lack of service on your end definitely going to be taking my business elsewhere

One of the slowest wait times to do any transacrions. It took me 40 minutes today to do a transaction at Golden 1. Right after went down the road to deposit the chashiers check at Bank of America it took less than 10 minutes. Wow!!

Always understaffed. 10am, 2 tellers and 3 guest service account people. Always like this. Terrible. As far as the employees? Excellent. That why 2 stars. The ATM is not very safe and there are no -"No loitering / Trespassing" signs posted. Today 08/10/2020 I have been waiting outside the business for about 30m, by the ATM machines...I have been asked to turn away like 10 times, some nice, some less so. There isnlimited shade here so other are forced to line up in front of other businesses. Golden One looks good on paper, their experience in person? You tell me...If zero stars could be a thing. Understaffed during the pandemic? Even before, this location was understaffed. Laughable PR response...thanks for trying Golden 1.
