Long wait times, no matter what time you go. There’s limited capacity still (understandably so), but I still wish the lines moved faster. Also the customers don’t really know what social distancing is here, even with the markers in the floor, so if you’re a stickler about that be prepared to feel uncomfortable or ask people to back up. All the associates and tellers are friendly though and try their best.

The issue with basically any Golden1 bank bit particular this location is the insane wait time to see a teller. Only a fraction of the tellers are open to begin with and each transaction takes forever. I thought when credit card payments became possible on the app it would get better but it hasn't.

Overall rating is 2.6 stars and thats too much.. im nit complaining about this location I'm complaining about the bank in general. I am sooo tiredddd of never having online or mobile app access because its always not working!! I do alot of online banking so much easier and faster but Golden1 has thee mostttttttt online troubles and you can't log in its under maintenance but nothing ever gets fixed.this is an every week thing and uts getting sooooo ridiculous I'm so tired of it now i might switch banks honestly because when i need online and to bank i can't even do it over half the time.

Went to get money from the ATM but could only get 2 $50.00 bills. Don't know why they didn't have $20.00 bills. I would rather have $20.00 bills . Nobody likes to break $50.00 bills.

This is the most unorganized no customer service Branch I’ve ever been to. Deposited a check in the ATM (I have done this before) with me and my husband’s name (husband not on this account). Check was charged back because he was not on the account (okay fine took accountability for that). Went in the Branch less than an hour later explained the situation (husband was with me). Was told by the rude teller that she would have to call the “back office” to see if their was an exception since husband was now with me. No exceptions could be made but was told a check would be resent in 3 business days (ok fine). 3rd business day came no call so I called the branch was told check had not been received (ok fine). Called today but this time called corporate “back office” was told check was sent on the 17th (today is the 24th) should have been there. Corporate back office calls Branch. Branch says oh we don’t have time to look. Another back corporate office manager calls says check was at the Branch and to head on over. Headed over picked up check with my husband of course. Get a call from A at the Branch (I won’t say his name ) says oh we still have not located your check we will let you know when it’s in. Soooo apparently you can keep picking up checks from here and no one knows what’s going on. Is it really safe to keep my money here? Not all Golden 1 Branches are like this so I can’t say all but this was the worst experience ever..

Inconvenient now. Customers had the freedom of just walking in and request specific service or information and an available desk representatives would help within minutes. Customers also had the choice of either making an appointment or just a simple walk-in. Golden One should consider, some people can't wait for help because "time is of essence" when people need same day service. I'll leave my options open for other institutions. I'm sure, due to the past pandemic, the community practice "distance" and "sanitizing" procedures by now. Not enough help? There's people in the community that needs work now.

99% percent of the time, there are no workers or they just only couple of tellers at all times. I hate having to wait so long. Especially if your in a hurry. I just want to make a quick deposit. Thats all. I'm shocked if I see more than 2 tellers working.

The tellers st this branch are very patient, helpful, and on busy hot days the windows are all open & 4-6 tellers are staffed. I recently bought a car & applied for a loan. I had good credit but none in the last 12 mos. The dealership was ripping me off with a 5yr. Loan at 8% interest. I went to G1CU They approced my auto loan for 1,/2 the amt Toyota did. Plus they know they will get my pymnt on time, in full, each month because its srt as an auto deduction from my check. Thats guarenteed. Wgy must one need to have all kinds of active credit accts open to get a goood score? I had credit when in my hone with kids to feed. Now I save my $$ and do not buy unless I can put half down pay it off in 12 mos maximum.

Recently went to "buy " some $5s and $1s. No hassle. Walked in gave them my debit card as proof of account; and had the money within minutes. Aside from the initial trouble(during the height of the pandemic) setting up the account, I've had no problems since.

The people who work here are always fine but Jesus Christ there is always a really long line and a horrendous wait. My family comes in here multiple times a month and it’s always a line almost out the door and 2 slow tellers when they have 8 windows. It’s so annoying because I really like what Golden 1 is about.
