Never open when ingo there I hate there hours but they are always nice when it is open.

I get it’s the only one in the area but it’s the same in Sacramento, They are few and far between, after saying that this one in YC is actually one of the best I’ve used in a long while! The lines are no longer than any other bank and the employees have never been more than helpful, kind and hard workers!!

Hope you’re not in a hurry. They’re so slow you’d think you’re at autozone

All the girls staff too lazy they don’t accept their customers nicely.. they are just free walking around not saying hi to customers who’s waiting.Manager don’t handle correctly aslo they don’t have tag names on their shirts

Spoke with Bryan from Customer Service over the phone. He was very courteous & helpful. Thanks a ton Bryan for all your help. I personally work for a mortgage company & I understand how important customer service is. Thanks, Again !

I already know better not to do business with these guys. They are so slow you will feel like DMV is fast. I was here to help a friend with translation. Was here before appointment time and 45 mins past our time. No one has even approached to help us out. Crazy!

The banker here doesn't seem like she wants to help me at all there was another banker that was helping from a Sacramento branch but after he left I got stuck with Megan made an appointment to come in sat there for 15 minutes while she completely ignored me helping someone else if you weren't going to have time why make the appointment? Or at least have the decency to take a second to tell me to come back later. And the worst part of it all they already ran my credit so I'm stuck with the service that they provide until I get my loan worked out.

I always notice the long lines here, combined with bank associates convened together in the far corner cubicle, somehow not aware that patrons are stuck in line?

She is the best. She was very polite and respectful she answered all my questions. She said all you need is 1 dollar to put in a savings account and whatever you wish to put in a checkings;so that the checking account is free.Present time 2017 not the best experience with the bank tellers, they dont have the best attitude and are very slow.

This location is the only one in the area. The wait is always long and managment only seems to allow two tellers for five windows. Theyre nice but we need another location.
