Golden 1 Credit Union W Grant Line Rd, Tracy

Personally I love golden 1 credit union. My sister got an auto loan from them few years ago and few months ago and I gave them a try. Very easy process and good rates. Customer service was excellent and I received the loan in 2 days. Their tracy branch is very friendly and helpful. Large building and 6 teller windows. Almost always little to no lines. Usually a little wait for a personal banker. There are a lot of parking spots available and there's one atm machine on site. All on all highly recommended. Closing my chase account soon to solely use golden 1 credit union for my everyday purchases and uses. Although there aren't many branches around but they have a deal with other credit unions where you can go and take care of your needs

Got my first credit and debit card there. Took awhile to set up, but it was pretty quick and easy. Even my father thought that was quick. The customer service there is excellent and they have answered all my questions regarding my thoughts in credits and debit cards. I’d highly recommend beginners to start here.

This branch folks including the manager are such Lower profile people. I was asking for 3 months of my bank statement, OMG it took em for ever and with a lot attitude they printed it to me and it was with obvious SSN on the right top portion. I said is this how you print statements? The manager lower profile lady replied to me in absolutely unprofessional tone and like girls out of bar type of talking yes... I said oh really cool... I contacted the incorporate office I reported all that in conjunction with all these pictures with SSN on the top. I posted this to our reviewers that be very careful please out there in Tracy Golden 1 branch because they ain’t care about your business or privacy of your personal information. I changed my bank to Wells Fargo, now my direct deposit weekly goes to Wells Fargo which is much better than freaken golden 1. Thank you loser Golden 1 and branch manager lady with your big time attitude and unprofessionalism.

If you're looking for an establishment which is characteristically unfriendly and discourteous, then you've found the right place. Maybe I'm being quick to judgement; I could have come on a bad day. If not, then perhaps there really is an inherent lack of humanity and decency from the management down.

I really wanted to have my account with this Credit Union, unfortunately my experience was horrible, I made 3 trips to this place to open accounts and they don't seem to even care or want my business. This Credit Union needs new management ASAP

This branch is great with great people but the credit union itself has gone downhill. The new app update is garbage. It won’t deposit checks. It won’t remember my user ID nor my instant balance. I’m ready to leave this credit union all together.

They don't offer translators other then Spanish and refuse to allow anyone to translate for you over the phone?! My mother called to get her Debit card replaced over the phone because the local branch is far away, I was helping her understand the questions and they refused to help her with what she needed because I translated the reps questions. Now she has to drive all the way to the local office just to get a debit card replacement. Major inconvenience for the whole family. Makes me wonder if there going to say the same thing when she comes to the local office. After the frustrating phone call I wouldn't put it past them. Very Unhappy Member.

I have been a huge Golden 1 fan for years. I am member of Tracy Branch. It is rather unfortunate that you do not employ a staff. I continually am 4-8 people deep in line with 1 teller. Cannot do banking in person, not a fan of atm and money being available at some point.

Friendly and helpful employees. Never had any problems as customer in the past 16 years.

Best bank ever! They do not gouge you with unnecessary fees and their rates for credit cards and loan are the best.
