Gold Star Pawn & Gun Shop Vine St, Eastlake

I was referred to Gold Star Pawn by another pawn shop in the area when I was looking to sell my silver scrap. Anthony was incredibly helpful, easy to work with, and gave me a good pay out. Would definitely recommend them to anyone with spare precious metals looking to make some extra cash!

One of the best places to go hands down. I’ve been doing business with them for awhile now, Anthony the owner is excellent. Many times giving me more than I asked for, excellent place.

I had the pleasure of making a purchase here for my firearm. They are great and have a lot of quality items ranging from computers to hardware equipment, and they’re customer service is extraordinary. The atmosphere is welcoming and they are very knowledgeable. My husband also purchased his gun here as well. I’m looking forward to coming back and making many more purchases with these gentlemen. I was really pleased with my purchases. Both items are just wonderful. The kind and pleasant customer service was a real bonus. It was clean and uncluttered as well. And the best for last-both purchases were well below retail! They also have jewelry and their jeweler comes in the shop on Saturdays. His custom made jewelry is gorgeous!! Highly recommended 🤗🤗

Keep meaning to pop in here and browse the firearm selection. Reading the the reviews and the fact that ANYTHING even remotely negative, an employee/manager/owner (sorry I haven't met anyone yet to know whos who) responds and is always willing to speak to and/or make it right speaks volumes and is usually an indicator these negative reviewers are just embellishing the truth. Will stop in soon for sure as word of mouth is excellent.

This shop is the only pawn shop I go to now. I bring in my gun and my guitar when I need a little extra and I always get them back in perfect condition. They give me the most money compared to other shops, believe me I have checked. And they are very fair. One time I wound up in the hospital and wasn't able to make it back in time before my gun went up for sale. I called them and they held it for me for an extra month until I was back on my feet. Try that at Super Mega. I did and they literally laughed at me and would only sell me back my amp for full price. It was triple what they gave me fore it! I told them to F*@# Off! I went to Gold Star and bought a better one for less! Like I said, now I only go here.

This place is a joke they dont help at all, I have gone in there four diffrent times with very good things that three other pawn shops took they are pathetic! Dont go

They are so helpful and friendly all the time when I go in there. And they have cool stuff to look at and to buy. And I love the dogs. And their m&ms are fresh.

Nice store and cool vibe to it. Nice selection of firearms with the shortage. The girl behind the counter was disinterested and rude even when I expressed huge interest in a Kel-Tec Sub 2000. I think this is the first time a salesperson basically dissuaded me to purchase something.

I have bought many guns from them. My new go to for firearms the location is convenient and always clean. Marc is a good guy &fair with used firearms I've purchased a few now& was never pressured into buying or felt ripped off once I left. keep up the good customer service guys
