And is bilingual so it helped slot being my husband is Spanish speaking only. Leticia kept us informed every step of the way and went above and beyond for us. I am so blessed to have had her as my loan officer.

Wouldn't recommend the Roswell NM branch to anyone. The loan officers that I received were untrained and one would treat me different than my wife. And treat me different when my wife was around. I was told different things about the same question multiple times. And even had it in text form for her to say it was never said.
