I'm very impressed with Tim Joseph; I was planning to buy a house (and to make a cross-country move, no less) and I had a super-short window in which to get it all done. No pressure, right? Tim was incredibly responsive, communicative, and great at explaining the various steps of the lending process in real time. He was always clear about what information or documents he needed, and precisely when he needed them. Plus, he gave me tons of great advice about what to expect in my new home state. Tim is an absolute gem. I highly recommend him to anyone in the home-buying process. (Seriously -- If only everyone was this easy to work with!)

OMG! I "WAS" friends with the president of this company and did a lot of work for them. We decided to buy a new home. Jason Knapp, the president, said that he put the best Loan Office with us. This guy knew nothing about loans at all. Gave us 3 different down payment amounts and was off by 10k. He didn't know at all what he was doing. He told us to transfer a certain amount to an account for the down payment and was off by 17k. We had to do a $50 one day wire cause he didn't know how much to put down on the loan. Had to hire another team to recheck their work. Paid double the amount. If you get Chris Gunnels watch out. I think he was Jason's friend that he hired. He has no knowledge of loans. He also provided us with an Agent. She knew more than Chris about loans but was no better at her job. Maybe Covid did this but geez. C'mon guys. Know how to do a job before doing it. Never once got any numbers right. Had to send every document to my brother in law to look over and tell Chris errors that he made. If someone is reading this from HR then he needs retraining of some sort before this happens to someone else.

Stephen and Jesse were great and Simone keeps everything moving forward throughout the process. I would definitely use them again in the future and would also recommend others to use them as well. Great job! Thank you all for helping us get into our first home!

Worst customer service. Loan officer Gary Rodriguez didn’t even got back to me with a final response for my loan. It would be courteous to at least have the decency of saying yes or no. Got my loan with another company. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

First of all I'll start off by saying ADRIAN TREVINO made the whole experience so much harder than it had to be. He would NEVER have time for us. EVERYTIME we asked him to meet(almost everyday) he would say yes, then 30min later call back and make an excuse why he COULDN'T! He told us he was "like family" to us but we explained to him how much money we had and he NEVER once gave us advice or any INFO about ANYTHING! He DIDNT take into consideration or even explain the inspection fee,title fees,the fee to hold the home, etc...I told him and he knew this was my FIRST time purchasing a home! I dont understand why we WERENT told these things. Then he has his wife Helen sending documents to my fiancee telling her to sign and Helen is asking us for all this information we dont even understand! It WASNT until we talked to Amanda and she explained EVERYTHING to us in about 10 minutes! If it WASNT for Amanda we'd be lost! To top it all off, 2 days BEFORE closing, ADRIAN tells me we'd have to remove my fiancee from EVERYTHING! 2 DAYS BEFORE CLOSING!I DONT think anyone could understand how much that could hurt a person! I dont understand why we WERENT informed the first 2 weeks she WASNT going to be able to be on ANYTHING and why did they even send her ANYTHING to sign! TREVINO explained that hes been in the business over 17yrs! Well this was my FIRST time, I DONT know these things, and he NEVER would take the time to explain! It WASNT until I had a conversation and told him from here on out I NEED TO KNOW EVERYTHING, that he FINALLY started explaining things! I appreciate what he DID do for me but he made EVERYTHING so much HARDER! In the future I DEFINITELY would NOT go with Adrian TREVINO. 👍

My initial lender, who assured me I’d get approved, backed-out on me 15 days before the closing date. I pivoted to a second lender who wasn’t able to get me approved either. This was the first time I had ever tried to buy a home. I was really upset and was ready to give up and lose my $5,000 of earnest money plus option, inspection & appraisal fees. Luckily, I mentioned this to my boss, who happens to be married to a really knowledgeable realtor, and she told me to call Joel Comp at Gold Financial. I was reluctant to call him at this stage of the process because I felt like I’d just be wasting his time, but she insisted, so I did. It was a life-changing phone call. Joel Comp used his years of experience, skill and “loan know-how” to find a way to get me approved when other lenders couldn’t. He personally contacted the seller’s agent, and got them to extend the closing date by 2 days, at no additional cost. My case was not an easy one. I had an excellent experience using Jack Miller as my lender in buying my first home. He carefully guided me through the process and kept me abreast of where my loan stood at all times. I loved that he explained the differences in the types of housing loans (I.e. FHA, conventional, etc.) that are available and which loan suit me best concerning my finances. He was also very quick in responding to all my questions......either by text or phone. Jack had a lot of patience when I did not understand something and found other ways in explaining so that I could understand what was going on. If you need a great housing lender, choose Jack Miller!! You won’t be disappointed.
