Great customer service skills. I was looking for a salt water system for my pool. It was sold out everywhere. I called up and had it put on hold for me, until I could have a family member pick it. They understood my need for the product and was very helpful. Very friendly staff. I recommend shopping at Gold Exchange and Pawn.

I try and go in at least once a week to look at tools and random things. This place never disappoints on having awesome stuff at a great price. You should definitely check out this place for gold, sound systems/instruments , tools, or games.

My husband and I have been going to this pawn shop for a while now and I would definitely give more stars if possible. We have made a great relationship with them and they help us as much as they can. We will never use any other pawn shop. Plus the workers are so nice and are easy to talk to. Highly recommended!

I wanted to sell a few pieces of gold so I looked online and I went with the place with the most 5 star reviews.. Gold Echange and Pawn!! I see why now. I was greeted the minute I stepped in the door! They were very knowledgeable and even let me look at my diamond under the loop. I love jewelry and well it is obvious they do too! They know their business!! I was very happy with the $$ they offered. I even bought 2 watches while I was there!! Way to go! I will come back even though it's across town for me! Customer service is everything!!!

I was in a really bad way when I went in. Jason was over the top helpful. I had too sell some gold that was in my family for years. He made the transition less painful and gave me more than anyone else had offered. I appreciate the help. I was able too keep my car from repo. Been out of work since the Virus. These guys are literally the BEST!! They treat their customers like gold! The old owners would rip you off...these...they work with you on prices, help you with layaways, whatever they can do to make YOU happy! Their goal is to keep customers coming back, not run them off like the previous owner. And they talk to you. They don't act like you are wasting their time. They are open and friendly and will be honest about their opinion even if it costs them a sale. If you haven't been here, go visit! You won't be disappointed!

This place is awesome and the guys there are dope they will work with you. I've done alot of business with Gold Exchange, they even called me to remind me about my items to give me a chance to extend my time to pick it up. Take your time to check the items. Dont rely on this guy. Swapped batteries. Thought I was getting a good deal for a Ryobi hammer drill with 2 batteries and a charger. I quickly scanned through the items (5 second check), all items were inside bags and the instruction manual was clean and intact. When fully opening the box at home, I noticed that there was only 1 battery and that the battery was the orange NiCd with the tiny charger instead of what's displayed and Vlad said. Ok, not too bad if I still get a battery. Then I charged it and doesn't work. So, I got a hammer drill and a nice bag at a more expensive price than the store.

I LOVE this shop! Talk about the tecs of the city with southern hospitality! A beautiful blend of both worlds. Honesty gos a long way with these guys. Brandon, and his guys take pride it what they do to help there fellow man. I would have lost a lot because hard times hit. But these guys are awesome! I will ALWAYS be a lotal customer. This is your one stop shop! They are fair, and got a little of bit of everything for everyone!.

I’m constantly going to pawn shops on my days off, But walking into Gold Exchange and Pawn gave me the most nicest and pleasant experience here, they have genuine workers and there every one works hard, I was able to find the right game system I wanted and I will definitely come back for more things to buy. This place is my go-to for Gold and other goods. The showroom is always really clean and organized- the displays are neat and tidy. But what I like most is that the guys who work there are super friendly And really know their stuff/products!

Well my Central air system completely broke down and I wanted to by a air unit and they gave me a good price when I came in the environment was friendly and the customer service outstanding. Not only did they stick.to their word they topped the offer they originally told me by simple $10 bucks and that helped in more ways that most would care to know thank you hold exchange and pawn.

Good people, although we haven't seen the regular employees in a while. Usually receive a call when times almost up but not lately not sure why. So just be aware of your date(s).

I found some old jewelry laying around the house and went to several different pawn shops to see how much they're worth. Gold Exchange gave me the highest offer by far. I walked in the other day looking for a game system for my boyfriend and asked Jason an employee there for his advice since it’s for my boyfriend and he suggested the Xbox console they had and gave me names of different games that my boyfriend may like and so I bought it. I did have to buy a separate controller but that’s fine by me. My boyfriend is a happy man so thank you Mr Jason for the wonderful suggestion you made my boyfriend happy on his birthday.
