Goetz Credit Union Howard St, St Joseph

Many years ago I enjoyed this Credit Union. People where friendly, they really where helpful and I bragged on them, however, this whole new group of people are rude and inconsistent. One person says one thing and other person will tell you something different. And in 2022 they do not take credit/debit payments over the phone??? What is this about. Paid them off and they are history to our family! Very poor customer service!

Drive thru and indoor service is great. But it's impossible to get them to answer the phone. My card was put on hold because I made purchases while on a trip and I can't get off work soon enough to go in in person. It'd be nice if they hired some extra help to answer phone calls. I need to pay rent and can't withdraw from an ATM until my card has been taken off hold.

Dear Goetz Credit Union, Gotez has Ruined my 4th of July weekend with my Kids. I had plans with family an friends. I have saved money for this weekend. There is no room for any apologizing. The Customer Service number, Is Goetz Credit Union. No support for me when I needed it. I wasn't able to pay for any expenses I have saved for.

I have been banking with Goetz Credit Union for 10+ years. I always feel like I am their #1 and only customer. When there is an issue they are on top of correcting it immediately. The girls are always fast, and friendly.

They need a 24 hour debit card service , its Friday night and can't use my card for some reason and have to wait till Monday to see why.

Just let anything and anyone take your money and make you keep 25 dollars in savings account use to be good place has went down hill in a big way time to find much better credit union which be any other not hard to beat this one if you want hackers to be able to steal your money this is place to go no protection at all sad place time to let it out over every source of social media there is to let people know to stay away from Goetz credit union even the name sounds dumb

I am in florida and lost my debit card, it is the first week of my trip and I'm 1400 miles from home. I called Goetz and Emily took my call. Within just minutes she was helping me to go about my trip and have fun. She fixed everything transferred some money for me ordered me a new card and got a temp card next day mail to me. My hat is off give you, Miss Emily, thank you for your help.

We been with Goetz for over 45 years their the best we had a few issues with our cards but considering only twice and that's not on them that's on people committing a crime. I would recommend to anyone.

This isn't the greatest place to bank in Saint Joseph. Strange hours especially on Thursday. It's very busy. They need to expand. The temporary internet password they give you is extremely insecure. I don't feel to safe using the online website. There are better places to put your money. They do have fast service though in the drive thu and in person. Not open on Saturdays either.
