Justin was always available for questions, and got us a property-specific pre-approval letter right away when we decided to make a late offer on a Sunday evening for the home we ended up buying! Best mortgage company to work with! They made the entire process was easy to understand and Brandon was very responsive to any. questions we had! The weekly updates during the time we were in contract allowed us to keep track of how everything was moving! They also included videos to explain each step of the process.

Brendon was an amazing person to work with! Loved working with him! First-time home buyer here and had so many questions and concerns- Brendon handled them (like the pro he is!) Any time I reached out to him, he texted/called me back within minutes to help me walk through any and all issues which were very few because of him. He was extremely genuine and knowledgable. The title office set my close with one of the easiest they’ve ever had. A large part of that was in thanks to Fairway independent mortgage company. The day before I was set to close, the seller contributed some money to my closing costs, and Nate and the team were able to get all of my documents updated and ready to go within an hour! 10/10 recommend! They even helped me find a down payment assistance grant

James and his team were extremely instrumental in me being able to close reasonably close to my original date after another lender fell through. James does an excellent job at communicating, empathizing, and breaking down complex processes. I appreciated that James presented with a high caliber optimistic attitude while also maintaining a realistic outlook; I always felt that he and his team were working to find every possible solution while also feeing that I knew exactly what was and was not possible. They went to bat for me and supported me heavily through the process, were extraordinarily diligent in dealing with my previous financial institution’s red tape, and truly card about m goals and needs through the process. I couldn’t think of a better team to have gone through this process with as a first time homebuyer.
