The new app is horrible. I can usually get hold of someone to help but I shouldn't have to. It is NOT user friendly - the excuse is security but I don't think keeping ME from my own account is very helpful at all. I just spent 40 minutes getting into my OWN account. Ridiculous! I keep saying I will just close my accounts, maybe this will be the straw that does it!

Worst financial institution I've ever worked with. I have my car financed through them and you never know when they're going to take the payment out and if it will be the correct amount or DOUBLE.

Found unauthorized charge on my account over the weekend and my ONLY option is to cancel my card. It’s a holiday weekend and there is no one to talk to till Tuesday..

We have been with this institution for about 20 years and have had no problems with any of our accounts. Very friendly and caring associates.

They seem very unprofessional in responsiveness. I put in a loan application on the 3rd of July and attempted numerous calls and it's all but Impossible to get service. If you're trying to conduct business they're too slow.
