Joan Clancy Real Estate is the most unprofessional property management company we have ever encountered. All of their offices are falling apart - the elevators are death traps that break down and most days there are upwards of 20 people loitering in the parking lot blasting music & smoking. No reception - no mailboxes on the building - very old wiring the list goes on. We had equipment stolen out of our office 2 days after moving in & a person was stabbed outside the front door in mid day. Management doesn't care about crimes committed on their premises - returning your calls - or concerns about extremely obnoxious and unprofessional tenants. in 6 months we have had to file 3 police reports. Our concerns were validated by other neighboring tenants who have shared in our experience. Bottom line? Don't walk - run away when you see the name Joan Clancy on a building.
